Sprout is an independent restaurant concept, inspired from the diverse backgrounds of co-owners and friends, Stephanie Leonard and Steven Ashcraft. Stef and Steve have both worked in the hospitality & restaurant industry for 20+ years.
With 2 locations in Kaimuki and Haleiwa, we are here to provide fun, fresh, and healthy, made-to-order sandwiches. Our menu is formed around local ingredients that we can source in Hawaii. All of our menu items are made daily from scratch & with simple, wholesome ingredients. Our sandwiches have highlights of Maui Butter lettuce, Waialua sprouts, exceptional tomatoes from here on Oahu, and much more. We also try to use organic products whenever possible. Both of our locations are certified ocean-friendly with the Oahu Surfrider Foundation. We say NO to styrofoam! Our take away products are compostable & made from renewable resources.
